ADMEDES 7-Axis CNC milling machines let us create the most complex freeform surfaces, including slender, highly detailed parts, with the extreme precision that many applications require.
Micro-CT 3D imaging enables us to measure freeform designs in addition to contours hidden from view. When comparing assembled parts with 3D model data, we can detect deviations down to the micron level.
Our NSX business unit provides laser processing, annealing, electropolishing and chemical treatments, tumbling and fully automated inspection, both visual and dimensional.
We also offer cleanroom assembly, including welding and gluing of component parts, plus additional engineering support services such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), mechanical testing and metallography.
