At Admedes, we consider our people to be our strongest asset. Our experienced team of engineers, scientists, materials experts and regulatory consultants give our customers the very best of design, manufacture, testing and regulatory support. Internal communication and teamwork is developed through cross-departmental meetings and daily briefings. This teamwork is what we feel defines the 'Spirit of Admedes'.

Training plays a big part in the optimum development of the Admedes team. Each new employee takes part in an intensive induction program, which includes product familiarization, industry familiarization and Admedes standards and ethos training. Our manufacturing employees undergo a rigorous training schedule prior to handling any customer product. Final testing and inspection staff are set up on a 6-week training program followed by a 6-week supervisory period. Further periodic inspections ensure that quality levels remain at the highest possible.
