Students Placements
A practical placement/internship allows you to prove your capabilities as well as helping you to make valuable business contacts. It enables you to gain practical experience and reflect on your skills by learning on the job. Get to know our company by taking part in a placement program with us during your university holidays or completing a term/semester with us as part of your course requirements. The length of the placement should be at least eight weeks/two months.
Profile:
Senior technical student in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, physical engineering, biomedical technology or similar.

- Documenting the findings
- Programming an AVR Butterfly Board to drive and evaluate a hydraulic fatigue tester (Heinrich Weihs, student at the FH Pforzheim, Electrical Engineering)
- Hardware-related programming in C++
- Parameter modelling of a stent fatigue tester
- Developing the drive electronics of a high-speed valve block
- Implementing the control concept in an embedded real-time system
