Channel for Complaints according to the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG)
According to German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG), ADMEDES GmbH as a member of the G.RAU - Group is obliged to set up a complaints procedure from January 1st, 2024. The complaints procedure serves to report human rights and environmental-related risks or violations within the supply chain or the internal business areas of G.RAU - Group.

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act 2010
We adhere to the “California Transparency in Supply Chains Act” of 2010. Although the legislation covering forced labor, human trafficking, slavery, etc., does not directly apply to the ADMEDES group, we voluntarily adhere to its statutes. We verify compliance in our supply chain by conducting audits, surveying suppliers according to our supplier qualification and purchasing procedures, and requesting respective declarations from suppliers.
In addition, we conduct internal trainings for employees in relevant areas of the company. Employees and contractors are checked accordingly within our certified Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program under the WCO Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Trade (SAFE).
